BREXIT

Following the UK’s ‘BREXIT’ from Europe some international shipments will be changing from the 1st of January 2021 when the UK will leave the EU.

What does this mean for our customers? 

For our worldwide customers, who are not part of the EU, everything will remain the same.

For our customers who are part of the EU, orders will now likely be subject to VAT (tax) and import duty charges, dependent on country of import. 

Where possible we have added estimates of these fees at the checkout/shipping options stage based on public information to help reduce any unexpected costs before placing an order.

Note: These are only estimates and some carriers may charge slightly more or less upon receiving the goods. Please also note that as the importer of these goods to your country, that you are directly liable to pay these fees before receiving your order. Failure to pay these fees directly with the courier will result in goods not being delivered and further fees maybe incurred that you will be liable for.

Horse Cleaning Ltd is unable to refund any customers based on them not paying their required duty and import fees for products purchased. Please check these fees first, before placing an order with us for international shipment.
