Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day following completion of payment. Throughout the whole purchasing experience with Horse Cleaning, we have a number of email notifications + optional opt-in SMS alerts to keep you in the loop at all times with the current status and as the order progresses from the initial order being placed through to warehouse packing and shipment to your chosen address.

During the checkout processing stage you will be able to choose the available shipping options based on the basket contents and your location. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product pages as well as the checkout pages.

All items will require a signature on the day of delivery, please inspect goods condition prior to signing for the delivery. Any items that have arrived damaged should be declined, then please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery company.

Goods that have been damaged can only be claimed against the shipping company insurance policy if you declined the shipment.

No claim for shipping damage can be processed if you signed for the delivery since you have then accepted the item in the received condition*

* unless you have opted into the Route package insurance, then in this case you can make a claim via Route and they will arrange a replacement with us directly.
